Field Service support experience in Hardware/Software with additional skills in ad hoc reports, presentations, training materials and communications across departments to align resources and project activity where needed.

I help clients with technical project delivery and support using my experience as a Project Specialist, Client Service Representative and Field Engineer to use technology for a competitive business advantage.

I make it a priority to enhance the customer experience with my skills and background. You can troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as they come, but if the customer leaves with a less than positive experience, that is what they will remember.

Goals

To expand my IT skills daily to become a valuable resource to my internal and external customers. The area of most focus is IT project and end user support.

My long term goal is to keep expanding my IT knowledge and pursue advanced project management skills with emphasis in Microsoft, Cloud, AI and Security to become a more valuable IT asset to the organization.

Growth

The growth in skills and practice are important parts of the journey to self improvement.  In my path to become an advanced project specialist, I will explore and learn new ideas and techniques while also applying my previous IT, Business, Data Analysis, Presentation and Customer Service experience.

reflection

Looking back at my experiences, I will pull from my knowledge of IT and support to identify new areas to grow. This will be the benchmark to measure my expected growth of enhanced knowledge and skills.
